Our Policies: Easy Shopping: We make sure the store is well-organized and user-friendly. So you don’t have to flip through a lot of pages to find what you want. Just use the electric fence products index in the left-hand menu and follow sub-menus that come up to reach your product. Low Prices: We offer the lowest prices for fencing products without compromising quality. See especially our monthly specials. Should you find a lower price elsewhere, please contact us and we will try and match that price. Please give us the opportunity to earn your business before you commit to another fence company. Good Shipping Rates: We ship from Battle Creek, Michigan, a good central location, and our aim is to charge you what UPS charges us. We do not charge for handling and packaging.To see the shipping charge as you check out, insert your zip code where requested and indicate the type of shipping desired. Refunds and Replacements: If something is damaged in shipping, call us for a quick no-cost replacement. If you know or suspect a product is defective, we will connect you with the maker and arrange for technical advice, replacement, or a full refund. If you find a product simply does not meet your needs, you may return it to our Battle Creek, MI warehouse in “as new” condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund (a 10% restocking fee and the initial shipping cost will be deducted from this refund).
